Professor Csarnovics delivered a lecture series entitled “Nanotechnology: creation, investigation, and application,” exploring the fabrication, characterisation and applications of nanomaterials. Topics included their properties and uses in areas such as sensors, biology and photovoltaics.
Individual consultations were an important part of the visit, giving doctoral candidates the opportunity to discuss their research and receive the Professor’s guidance on their doctoral projects. They also carried out Raman spectroscopy measurements together, linking the lecture content with hands-on laboratory work.
We thank Professor Csarnovics for sharing his knowledge and experience, and for the time he devoted to our doctoral candidates!
The lectures and consultations were organised as part of the STER NAWA programme.
